AFCC Physique Competition Interview

Fit2Go.Asia had the honor to attend the inaugural Physique Competition at Anytime Fitness Clementi City in December of 2022. So we’ve taken the opportunity to speak to the manager Norliah Abu to understand more about the competition and what they hope to achieve organizing a competition like this.

This one is for you gym junkies. Perhaps something for you to strive towards since you are already putting in the time and effort on a regular basis. For those uninitiated, this is a body building contest but with more ‘normal’ looking men (and women, but not in this case)!

We sat down with gym manager Norliah after the competition to talk more about what the competition is about, what we should expect during a competition like this and what they hope to achieve by organizing such an event.

It may have been a small event, but it was certainly an eye opener for us here at Fit2Go.Asia. We look forward to more such events from them in the future as well!
