The name alone instantly created curiosity when we stumbled on this exercise system. We immediately wanted to find out more about it and try it ourselves. It’s been refreshing taking part in a workout that combines so many aspects of exercise.
Animal Flow is ground based movement, made fun, challenging and effective. They do this through a series of movements and stretches and are strung together in combination. It has been designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
We speak to John Fong, Regional Leader for Animal Flow about this deceivingly simple but effective workout system.
