A sports enthusiast since young, I've spent most of my time around team sports and in the gym.
Sports and fitness became a daily routine which helped discovered a passion of mine - imparting training knowledge to people.
Through my years of working with individuals from all walks of life has me strongly believe in using basic functional movement patterns as a foundation for my clients, regardless of their goals, injuries etc. By building on this foundation many of my clients, from busy working adults to school athletes and teenagers, were able to achieve their goals and did things they never imagined possible. By combining tailored programs and nutritional advice together with commitment from clients.
