Single Leg Drop primarily target your abs and your quads, especially when you keep your toes pointed. You can regress by bending your knees or decrease your range of motion.
Roll Ups are a classic pilates move. In regular pilates class, you complete the move by reaching toward your toes with your core tucked in and up your spine. In POP Pilates, roll ups are done with toes pointed to energised your legs and you sit tall at the end of the roll up, with your core still tucked in and engaged.
